Dr Tsui Kai Chong | Lendlease Global Commercial REIT

Dr Tsui Kai Chong is the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director of the Manager. He is also the Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee, a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a Member of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.

Dr Tsui was previously the Provost of the Singapore University of Social Sciences from 2005 to 2021. 

Dr Tsui is also currently an independent non-executive director of Digital Core REIT Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Digital Core REIT. He had previously served as a member of the boards of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, IP Academy, National Council of Social Service, Keppel Land Limited and was also chairman of the manager of Keppel REIT.

Dr Tsui received his Chartered Financial Analyst qualification in 1993. He holds a MPhil, Finance, and a PhD, Finance, from the Graduate School of Business Administration of New York University.
